Our CEO Mike Buck has extensive experience advising both Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Mike's appointments to senior government posts, and leadership positions at major law firms, fueled his desire to create Radian Advisors as a means to more personally engage with clients. ​​​​​

Mike Buck
Mike Buck is the CEO and Founder of Radian Advisors, bringing decades of leadership experience in private and public service. As a former senior government official, in addition to appointments to various advisory Commissions, Mike understands how to support governmental entities to obtain favorable outcomes. Advising major national and international companies and serving on multiple corporate boards gives him a deep knowledge of what it takes to advance the interests of private industry and strategic land development. Mike answered the call when he received a series of Orders from the Department of Defense to act as a civilian subject matter expert, and report overseas for national security missions in Ukraine, Poland and Romania. However, Mike says that his most interesting paid job was as a NASA test subject for deep space exploration.
Anna Buck
Anna Buck is a Registered Lobbyist and attorney who has devoted her career to public advocacy. With over 15 years leading efforts to shape legislation and regulations impacting her clients, she serves a unique role in advising Radian's clients. She is also a subject matter expert in California real estate law and development. Anna is deeply committed to driving meaningful policy solutions that support sustainable growth and strengthen communities across the state.

Sloane Jacqueline
Sloane earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The American Business School of Business in Paris before returning to her hometown of Miami Beach, FL. There, she made her mark as a food columnist, spotlighting the city’s vibrant culinary scene while discovering a deep passion for branding and managing her family’s restaurant ventures. That experience laid the groundwork for her next chapter: moving to the West Coast to pursue new opportunities. Starting as a personal assistant, Sloane quickly advanced through the ranks and now manages the San Diego office of Radian Advisors. Her keen eye for operations, strong organizational instincts, and warm, hands-on leadership style have made her an indispensable part of the team.
Sydra Bera
Sydra Bera is a dynamic professional with a robust background in the fitness industry, recognized for her ability to support scale businesses through effective operations and administrative leadership. With significant experience coaching and managing at leading fitness brands, she has empowered clients to achieve their goals while team performance and member experiences. Beyond her work in the studio, Sydra has been instrumental in assisting executives and entrepreneurs by streamlining operations and executing growth strategies. Her passion lies in building strong teams, creating efficient systems, and contributing to businesses that inspire and empower others.
